I have not been keeping us up on comic book news, I apologize. In the meantime, I could not avoid the hype surrounding Michelle Obama’s appearance in the Female Force comic series – the Michelle Obama comic is due to out in April. There has been so much regarding President Obama in the news, it’s nice to catch a headline about Michelle, and one that is not directly related to her wardrobe (or how buff her arms are)…
New 1st Lady Michelle Obama to be Featured in Comic Book
The life of America’s future first lady, Michelle Obama, will be the subject of the latest chapter of Bluewater Productions’ ongoing “Female Force” comic series. The book will follow Obama, a Princeton- and Harvard-educated lawyer, from her youth on the South Side of Chicago to her community, civic service and private-sector career successes through the 2008 presidential campaign and election day. The book is scheduled for release in April 2009..
